Pros
Matress is so comfy really pleased with the quality and happy with the mattress slept well. It's comfortable and it really doesn't hold the heat like my previous memory foam mattress.
Only downside is that it becomes soft at night. Also, for the 3 months, rotate the mattress head-to-toe (don't flip it over) every 2 weeks or so.
Cons

My partner also dislikes the mattress. My hubby kept overheating, it does nothing to keep you cool and ours has gone mouldy! I suspect this is fake. Defiantly not recommended.

Packaging/appearance
This would be very shameful as there was nothing wrong with it and i hadnt even taken the packaging off.
Once again the packaging was dirty and when i removed it, it marked all the lovely new bed.
However the packaging was filthy and i didnt want it taken up any further.
Competitiveness
Nevertheless, although this mattress is graded by silentnight as medium.

Had to have the mattress in my house for another week in the hallway until it could be picked up

Then had to wait a further two weeks for the correct size to be delivered weighing in at 62kg

In addition i am extremely concerned the original mattress that went back didnt get put back for sale and just went straight to a skip because there was no care in carrying it out across the street to the van
