Pros

It was easy to manoeuvre up to the bedroom. It's like sleeping on a cloud and super comfortable. It comes vac packed but regains it's size & shape quickly.

This is a lot firmer than my old one which really helps with my back. It is not particularly thick but even my husband who is 15 stone finds it comfortable. I feel the mattress meets our needs - my husband is 14 stone and myself 12 stone.

Cons

The dimensions of this mattress are inaccurate. The deepness of the mattress is just barely 18-19cm. It's hard, lumpy and very uncomfortable. It is uneven all over and full of lumps/bumps.

It's so bad that i have to fork out nearly 2 grand on a tempur hybrid elite. The return window closes after a month of buying, so there is no way to complain or ask for a swap. I now have the hassle of returning this item and waiting for an alternativ... Read More
