Pros
All i can say is that the snoring has almost completely stopped. It's not worked completely still snores a little but so much quieter. My partner says i never snore now as long as i have this pillow.
Cons
Pillow has no foam as described. Did nothing for my snoring. It is now as flat as a pancake. Not sure what makes it anti-snore?
Persevered with it nothing. It says on the packet doesn't work for a very small percentage of people. Smells like it's been in a dump place for a few months.
