The biggest downside is the connection to the controls is positioned so that when you put it on the bed it sits quarter way down the bed but just where your elbow is. It’s a big bulky piece of plastic and is just in the wrong place.

Good value for money, keeps nice warm temp but doesn’t get quite as hot as i’d like!
Nice and cozy electric blanket at a very good 👍 price.
