It’s nicely firm (corner much better) and you can certainly feel the difference when you get up in the morning.
Did have a strong chemical smell but this did fade after around 4 days.
I hate the smell, however it does dissipate after a couple of days as i cannot bear it!

Packaging/appearance
The fact it's rolled makes it really easy to get upstairs which is a bonus and it expanded really quickly once unpacked.
I'm normally very sensitive to strong odours, and when unpacked it was noticeable.
Competitiveness
I think it's possibly over priced compared to other alternatives but i stick with the same brand.
The amazon photos make it look less high than a standard mattress but it is, in fact, thicker than the standard mattress that preceded it.
