It is 180 thread count so quite heavy at around 400g and 60 polyester and 40 cotton

The balance is 60 cotton 40 polyester but i was surprised how silky smooth this feels and it has washed beautifully barely needing an iron unless you are fussy which i am not

The drawback is that it is minimum rather than noiron and comparing it likewithlike to an amazonbasics everyday fitted sheet double white though i really like the greater heaviness of silentnight it came out of the washing machine with visibly deeper creases than amazons sheet

As i find that just stretching them over the mattress automatically irons out the creasesso im happy if this sheet is not entirely creasefree to start with

Like many other double sheets it loses a star for that reason
