Lovely quality pillows, bought to replace older ones at home, enough support and still very comfy.

Good finish, very soft, deep & comfortable.

Absolutely awful pillows, all the insides of the pillows went lumpy & fell apart & disintegrated after less than 1 week of use.

I would say these are on the soft side, rather than a medium firmness.

Packaging/appearance

Package says they're machine washable which is a bonus, we'll see how that turns out later down the line.
