Pros

Warmth was noticeable for the first 2 or 3 nights until i adjusted to it. My dad says it is very comfortable and at 92 believe me that’s a complement! No more moving mattress topper.

Well packaged and put on single electric powered raise and recline single matress. Arrives in vacuum package, so was somewhat sceptical. The only trouble is, i need a fxx@## step ladder to get in bed now priceless.

Cons

I really hate repacking and returning but almost certain this situation won’t improve. I have been given a refund.

The material feels more like sponge and doesn't mould to the body. The foam is very thin and there is an overwhelmingly stench coming from it. Hardly an odour but a noxious stench smelling of wintergreen.

Comes with cover but keeps slipping off the bed. The fitted cover then squashes it down and rounds it off a little. This results in the foam topper curling up and the cover pinging off.

Packaging/appearance

It would be far better if this info was on the outside of the packaging or at least where it could be seen .
