So im taking one star off as ive always rated silent night highly and kind of disappointed that im having to look for a new mattress now

Exactly what i was looking for i had bought a lesser know make of bed to replace previous silentnight with a supposedly orthopaedic mattress firm to support my back but after 5 months it was useless so bought this replacement mattress and it fits the bill perfectly no more sore back in the mornings delivery was a bit of a pain as i was given a wednesday delivery day courier company then tried to deliver on a tuesday when i wasnt in having arranged to be in for the wednesday but eventually got the mattress well worth the hassle

The only issue we had on ordering was the unusually bad service from amazon

We ordered it and we just got a text one day saying your package will be delivered tomorrow between so and so hours

No chance to reschedule or pick a day as we have had with previous large items and no ability to reply to the text to say we wont be in
