Pros
Pocket sprung mattress is as comfortable as the postive reviews say it is. Firm but not crippling. Top layer is very soft and comfy.
This mattress is worth every single penny paid. Comes with a five year manufactures guarantee.
My only complaint is not with the mattress but with the delivery. Great delivery service. Well packaged. Pros:-fast delivery-comfortable if you like medium-hard mattresses-movement is isolated-quality brand-reasonable price.
Cons
The mattress was collected in 2 days and a refund received 2 days later. The full amount of the product was then refunded. Can't see it lasting as long as my old trusty myers mattress. Design flaw is more of a design flaw than a one off failure.

Got these for my sister in laws new home , they arrived on day specified, updates easy to follow.
Would highly recommend the services of panther group delivery, and amazon.
Text to say arriving, rearranged work then contacted arrow xl to get rough time and told not arriving and passed to another courier.
Lost a star for very poor delivery.
Packaging/appearance
It was very well packaged with two layers of secure polythene ensuring the mattress stayed in perfect condition.
Fantastic product this is my 2nd purchase very comfortable best matress ive boughtwell packaged quick delivery
We're also super glad that it did not arrive rolled up and have to be deflated.

Ive seen other reviews on here say that the mattress is not firm i can only assume they were delivered the wrong mattress or that the mattress they had was faulty

If youre looking for a very firm mattress id say go for this one as again i have no idea why other reviews are saying this is not firm the mattress i received is very firm maybe the firmness is variable who knows

Mattress is made of quality fabrichandles on side to help with turning

I went for this design of silentnight because it was recommended for side sleepers soft topper but a firm support from the under mattress
