Pros
The firmer, the better. I read many reviews as i was worried about buying a new mattress on line.
The mattress feels wonderful. It holds your limbs perfectly and help relieve pressure. It is perfect for shoulder and back pain relief.
Cons
My old silent night pocket sprung was firmer, more luxurious and less movement. Unfortunately this product is not suitable for a heavier framed person.
Ironically, the 3p seller of this product is silentnight only. Shame on you silent night for not picking up on reviews of unsatisfied customers and this retailer for not addressing this problem.

Used delivery and collection of old mattress and this was a great service also.
Perfect in every way the delivery was the best ever rang to say they were 10 minutes away and delivered perfectly
Packaging/appearance
But the delivery ruined the package and dirt the mattress.

It did state suitable for back sleepers yes i agree but that should not put anyone off if they sleep on their side
