Packaging and cleanness - the mattress did come in in a very dirty package though, so make sure you don't rub against the packaging!
It could have been a problem if rain water had got onto the mattress!

I got the eco comfort 1200 as i am a side sleeper i read the firmer 1400 version is better for backfront sleepersit contains no wool and no silk so is veganfriendly unlike many mattresses on the market sadly it is made in the uk and contains polyester made from recycled plastic bottles

After one night only i have woken up pain free and now know that the cause of all my hip pain and general feeling of not even being able to even stand fully upright and walk normally when i got up was all down to sleeping on a 16 20 year old mattress which was a noturn to make things even worse

The one negative does not even apply to the actual mattress just my negligence in failing to consider the difference between a deeper mattress than the one i had when it came to getting it up the stairs
