Even normal houses have their bedrooms on the first floor and according to amazons large delivery conditions the delivery service are supposed to deliver to the room of my choice and even unwrap and discard the packaging if requested

A complaint went in to amazon and arrow xl both of whom apologised and said it should not have happened

As im sure people are apprehensive over buying a mattress without reviews i thought it would be worth pointing people towards the divan and mattress version of this which does have a couple of reviews
