Pros
Bought this mattress topper due to firmness of our mattress. I have tried several protectors and toppers, this is by far the best in terms of comfort, quality and value for money.
Cons
Amazon need to sort their unprofessional drivers behaviour out. The topper is more like a mattress protector, it's very thin. It looks very flat upon my mattress and feels it too.
