Pros
This is a good cooling pillow, the cooling spots help cool your head and face down. I end up with round markings on my face but they go away quickly enough just like any other material based indent marking. Fibulas pillow has 2 sides.
The side with the gel parts is lovely and cool. Feels very cooling and refreshing on warm nights. I have 3 now so if one does heat up with my intense head heat i just swap to a cool one.
Cons
Silentnight are a well known brand and usually sell goods well worth buying but on this occasion they have broken the mould. A wasted £20. All i do is try and stop others making the same mistake, and getting mislead by the false claims in the listing.... Read More
The pillow is incredibly soft & comfy but not cooling. The silky cover is cool to touch but not comfortable if you are used to cotton.

As a menopausal woman ive tried all sorts of pillows which allegedly keeps your head cool and none have worked
