Every time i load the mat, the cut starts in a different position, making the machine extremely unreliable. The auto blade that comes with the machine is trash. The attempt at precision cuts using the registration marks also are all off.

Nothing ever seems to go smoothly. The preset settings are definitely not accurate. Turned it off. It's a fairly inaccurate ir thing.
It's terrible and a waste of money. Also …it’s horribly loud.
This is a known problem for sa products and yet they choose to keep foisting this garbage on unsuspecting customers. In order to show their apparent disdain for their customers, sa ensures that obtaining any immediate customer support is impossible.

I only put 3 stars for ease of use because the silhouette cameo takes a lot of knowledge and test runs to get to know how it works
