Pros & Cons
Pros
Silicon power 512gb has 300tbw, hugh difference. Lenovo s145-15iwl has a pcie 3x4 m. Ldpc (low-density parity-check) error correction technology.
Works great as main boot drive. Used this drive to upgrade a very inexpensive student grade tablet. Sp response time is a bit slower at around 20ms compared to <1ms, but for playing games and running cad it is unnoticeable.
Cons
Decent io for 4 months and then. My drive is absolutely dead after 5 months. No longer detect by my system bios. Enter bios and ssd no longer detected at all.
If this really is a qlc as stated by another reviewer, then it means the following. Please assist me in replacing this pcie ssd, or refunding my purchase. I'm done with this ssd, it is not worth the headaches and is obviously faulty.
Very disappointed. Don't waste your money and just pony up for another brand. Better get the branded ones now.

I really can't complain, everything just works their ram and storage.
Price
Silicon power is my go to for price conscience customers.
We found an imac 2017 for $130 & it was agonizingly slow.
For everything we paid, $195 was so worth it & know we can reuse this nvme in the next computer upgrade no problem!
