Price is nice, though pretty sure i got this on sale which makes it nicer. Purchased for an rpi 5 ssd hat. I forget what the temp was at the time with the inactive cooler, but with the active cooler on its 50 celsius.

This drive is screamingly faster than any ssd i’ve ever had. I presume it's even faster on a pcie gen 4 slot. As is, for gaming and windows operations, this drive is just perfect.

Cons

Just use it for storage. Granted it still works, id imagine that it having a slight bend to it could cause components to fail later down the line. Unless, of course, the power supply to the nand flash is also terrible and sent a fatal shock to the fla... Read More

Silicon power is my go to for price conscience customers.

We found an imac 2017 for $130 & it was agonizingly slow.

Just bought this for ssd cash for my nas.

Not that expensive and have decent warranty.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging on these things could be a bit easier to get into.

Competitiveness

The speed increase is many orders of magnitude better than the original hard drive.

So much cheaper than buying an actual external which is really strange considering how much faster speeds nvme's have in comparison.
