Accessing a word, pdf, jpeg, any folder etc. I use my ssd for storing my games instead on my main ssd which is the internal.

He says the sssd is much faster than a hard disk. The drive writes at 4,000 mb/s.

Because the longways strips are narrow, there is decent airflow to cool things down. I'm not sure if that has an advantage over a gen 2 usb a 3.

Best value i could find to get a tb on the cheap.

I bought the 2tb pro version for $80 and this thing is a crazy good deal.

I'm using this for non-critical, routine backup of video and music files, the 2tb version was less than 90 bucks wow.

For 1tb of storage at $59 - the price seemed very reasonable.

Shipping

Shipping was extremely fast and the drive arrived in a couple of days to my address in covin.

Packaging/appearance

This was in turn packed in a cardboard box making the packaging attractive and safe.

The drive itself was packed in a clear plastic enclosure which contained the usb cables and the instructions manual.

I bought a few more of these for other windows servers and workstations too.
