Pros
Gb silicon power brand solid state drive. Slim 7mm design makes it compatible with a wide range of devices. But it seems odd that it would come with 4 partitions. I've never experienced this with other drives; especially ones without an os on it.
Tb for under $50 is a fair price for such a decently spec’d sata ssd. Very fast, very capable, high quality. Solid brand and company.
Cons
Crystaldiskinfo reports no problems, but the drive will freeze up at 100% usage with 0b/s transfer for several minutes. That's an overall average of 6 mb/s (sequential), which is unacceptable on an ssd. Failed in less than three months with just inter... Read More
Computer says the drive needs to be formatted. Tried different format, also shuts down. Formatted as a single partition 4tb. Can read data but cannot write anymore. Cannot format or recover drive.
