The phison controller is better than my sabrent rocket controller. That * has been going strong for years now @ 60c. Very nice product from a cyber monday sale.

Good purchase, could be falsely advertised read speed. Crystaldisk performance is on par with advertised speeds.

Cons

This is explicitly stated its compatible for. Pretty disappointing and no where near the claimed speeds. Max i get is less than 1/2 of that (crystal diskmark) just a waste.

The other side is still connected. No feasible surface to pry it off without truly destroying the drive. Files that are present in explorer are not accessible to the program trying to reference them.

Mine says 6049 when i installed it but people should also know the r/w speeds in a ps5 is capped at 6100.

My ps5 was already crazy fast, this takes it to another level.

Gt7 also loads just as fast as the stock ssd.

Packaging/appearance

It works, it's cheap, it has a heatsink for use in the ps5.

I got the 2tb ssd, the installation process was simple with playstations video on how to install an ssd to the ps5.

It is as many other buyers have stated, the speed of this ssd is not as stated on the packaging.
