Pros
Works perfectly in an acer nitro 5 to upgrade ram from 8gb to 16gb, matched perfectly with other stick at 3200mhz. Of course my cpu is a potato so that's a big bottleneck but the results are still there for $22.
The laptop even feels a little snappier tho that could be my imagination. Noticeably faster than the old 16gb. The improvements in game is significant. Having double rank, dual channel ram is 5-10% faster than single rank,.
Cons
Bought another 16 gig stick from another vendor and it quickly fails memtest86 with multiple errors. Right as a consumer was violated by this deceptive seller. Will not buy again.

Quality
The quality is top notch and easy to install.
Product, works, works very well and arrived fast, so it's not like i got scammed altogether.
So i know people say the quality matters, and for what you pay sits a fairly decent chip.
They use hynix chips which are the same as the oem that initially came with the unit.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging plastic is clear, not tinted, so i wasn't sure it was anti-static packaging, but it probably is.
Competitiveness
Installed this in my dell g15 ryzen edition.
I have used this ram in several lenovo thinkpad, hp probook and hp x360 laptops with good success.
This mini-pc is not a gamming pc is more of a simple pc but for playing web games and everyday pc task 16 gb ram makes it faster.
All had ryzen 5 or 7, 4000 or 5000 series processors.

My main concern is that this kit green pcb with 8 memory chips 4 per side uses hynix 16 gbit mfr so each stick only has one rank of ram

Picture in the description shows a stick with 16 memory chips 8 per side which enable two ranks per stick

But excel can benefit from double rank dimms so thats why im deducting one star for the false advertising
