Pros

Took only s couple of minutes to get out of the easy to open packaging. Plugged in and working in no time. Then it fits and works perfectly.

Best for the money. Normally a couple of pounds more than it’s rivals at the lower end. Sweet spot between low grade items and top flight tech.

Great little harddrive at first. Placing a nvme motherboard standoff stud onto the board for the nvme to be * to was easy.

My motherboard an hp sunflower gives speeds upto 1500 mbs. Also getting 130mb/s over usb 3.

Cons

The drive connector is displaced a corresponding distance from it's proper position. It was never used hard just light gaming and windows dutys. Unfortunately, it has been returned for a refund.

Price

Worka great for the price, was skeptical even though they are a trusted brand.

Easy to install, and the fastest in it's price range.

The price has come back down now.

There was a point when the price shot up so i stopped buying them and starting to purchase the pioneer ones.

Packaging/appearance

It is still fast and responsive, the transition from a ssd to the nvme was done using macrium back up and restore software.

Competitiveness

Noticeably faster than the 5400rpm drive that was in my macbook.

This silicon power formats much closer 2tb than the samsung!

The same into a 480gb yucun ssd took 28 minutes.

Fwiw previously i had bought a 256gb samsung nvme drive and use that as my boot drive.
