Pros
Measurements on the mat helps when i cut my dough into smaller pieces so i can cut them evenly. Plastic cutters work fine so far. These are awesome!
The material they are made from has great traction and they don’t slip or slide. No more slipping and sliding with parchment paper. Now all i need to do is place the pastry mat and i place it on my freezer door.
I have pizza night for my grandkids and with the two pantry mats, that allows us to have pizza making contest. This works well and made cleanup easy after i rolled out doe + flour to make a homemade pizza.
These are thick and stay in place on my granite counter tops. We have all these grooves on our table so thos mat is perfect for putting down when baking.
