Pros

Silk'n flash&go pro comes with a carrying case that has the wand itself and a couple of different wall plugs. The wand is quick on recharge and visually operates like my other device.

Cons

Terrible customer service especially for such an expensive piece of equipment. The whole point is to get rid of the hairs, and this device isn't doing it's job.
