I never owned jeans 27 nor 28 sizes but when the 28x31 arrived, it was my size.
Also, there’sis no exchange option so you have to return it and buy a new pair for delivery!

I had the same issue with some lucky brand jeans i bought on amazon as well.

The inside seam on the left leg is off center but not too bad and im not bothered when wearing them didnt even notice it until the second time i wore them
