Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

The chassis layout is quite well arranged. The gtx 980 fits inside the case perfectly. Room is at a premium here, so have an idea how you are going to fit it all together.

Side mounting of the psu offers additional cooling while helping to move any fan noise to the back of the case. The thermals are pretty good, but not great. As far as i can tell there hasn't been any thermal throttling or shutdowns.

Fans are quiet but it would have been better if they were 4-wire pwm controllable. Thankfully they do include an adapter because i can't find a month board that has that many unused fan power supplies on the mb.

Cable management is quite a challenge with this case but can be done neatly without too much of a hassle. My tip to anyone looking to buy this is to thoughtfully plan out how you are going to run the cables; as it is a tight space.

Cons

This requires disconnecting *all* drives in the case to make one change. Not if they have an auxiliary power connection.

Quality

It is well built and of good quality.

Best computer case i have ever had in the 35 years i've been building computers!

The rubber cable separator above the power supply was just stuck on with double stick tape and kept falling off so i just removed it.

The wires coming off the fans are not braided like most good fans, they're just 4 long loose wires going into the motherboard plug.

Price

This case was more expensive than desired, but worth the money.

This is an expensive computer case, but worth the money.

Shipping

On time delivery and everything you need to build a home theater pc, or gaming computer.

Packaging/appearance

Box looks great and has plenty of room for expansion or awesome first time build.

We have this little case packed full of hardware, not to mention that it is inside of a cabinet, but as far as i can tell there...  Read More

Not pictured is the box of miscellaneous hardware, including all of the screws you will need and a few cable management ties.

My case does not include the silverstone logo that is shown everywhere on the photos and on the box.

Competitiveness

My biggest complaint is silverstone did the bare minimum.
