This is the only aio for sp5 (amd genoa) on the market (~may, 2024) and it’s a great one.
The only aspect i believe they could make an improvement would be the fans in my opinion, they could be quieter (they make 52db @2000rpm).

Picked up two for two epyc9684x’s which both can easily suck in 400w each
