Pros
It's lightweight and can be easily moved. Extremely easy to assemble. I has good instructions, but i didn't really use them because assembly is so straight forward.
Fits right in my closet. You can put flatter shoes under it as well. Perfect size for my mud room.
Very sturdy. Sturdy, holds a lot of shoes. Good quality metal rods with metal screws. It is very sturdy as compared to old one which had plastic joints.
Cons
Great design, but execution is very poor. Immediately taken apart and packaged back up for return. It is ok but not as sturdy. The material the shoe sits on is very flimsy.
Very dissatisfied with that and for that reason alone would not purchase from this company again. Voice-mail box is full when reaching out to customer service for this product. Do not recommend.

I was concerned about this item but it is sturdy, the material shelving protect heels from scrapping on wire racks.
It’s sturdy but i don’t recommend putting a bunch of heavy shoes on it together
The color is a rich dark brown, and appears to be very durable.

Now nicely organized for a very affordable price.
It’s sturdy for the most part, may rock just a little bit but still good for the price!
