Pros
It save a lot of space and makes your shoes look more presentable and organize. Holds 4 pairs of shoes ( womens 9 1/2) on each tier, plus side pockets. Perfect for slippers or sandals.
For assembling, this is very easy to assemble.
A bit wobbly in the end, but will serve us well. It's not flimsy at all!
Cons
Unscrewed the screws, and nothing. What a * headache. The capacity for this shoe rack is not 36 pairs.

Very good love the fact you can wash each level and it’s sturdy.
Assembly was easy and the product is sturdy and fits all our shoes very well.
The thin wire that keeps the feet together was mishaped which caused it to be extremely difficult to get the pieces together for the sides.
Doesn’t hold the number of shoes it claims.
Price
Overall, this a great shoe rack for the price.
I bought this in 2020 and used it in 3 different living spaces before i sold it for $20 on an app.
Shipping
Two of us proceeded deliberately and it took 45 minutes +/-.
Wrote to the company and they got back to me quickly and offered to send me new screws!
Packaging/appearance
Could have been better packaged to avoid such, but once i figured that out it was smooth assembling!
I was wary when it came in smaller box than i expected, but when i put it together it was great!
Competitiveness
The all metal frame is nice and more sturdy than other brands with plastic joints.

Was excited to be able to use all the shelves in my new house but sad that i couldnt find the four other screws id need to use the other shelf

I did it all by myself with a bad neck back shoulder one screwdriver you have to provide your own in just under an hour
