Most of the time i just have to hold the cup itself and not use the handle to drink out of it which defeats the purpose

I like my hot beverages very hot to the point where you need to blow on it before drinking or you will burn your esophagus and i noticed my coworker prefers her tea to be warm enough to drink it fast not hot at all so its definitely a preference issue

But it’s true the lid is never screwed in the right position for right or left handed
