Pros

I tend to sip my coffee and this mug keeps it hot for over 4 hours. It keeps my coffee hot for several hours and even more importantly, it fits in my car cup holder. No big deal, and doesn't take away from enjoying the mug.

The color is beautiful (i got a blue one). Still looks virtually new. The graphics are vibrant and distributed pretty evenly. I was happy to see simplemodern sell this size as many other brands do not.

Cons

The bottom of the cup has no rubber to prevent it from sliding. The lid shrinks when it cools down, just enough to slip right off the cup. This is my second simple modern tumbler that the lid latch has broken.

The lid on this cup is extremely finicky and difficult to work with. It leaks while driving, walking, and while drinking from the cup, which really defeats the purpose for me. Pick a different cover other than the acrylic/plastic see-through one.

The lid seems ok but the tab pokes you in the nose. There is a hard plastic cone shaped piece that lines up directly with the end of my nose and actually hurts when i take a drink. The flap on the lid has a bump that covers the vent hole, when open it... Read More

This cup insulates cold and hot very well but the cover is faulty. All ice is melted by then. But doesn't work like a thermos.
