Pros

Cup stays hot for a few hours after hot coffee is poured in. My smoothies stay cold in summer with a couple of cubes and cold enough without cubes in the winter. The top is a screw on top for non spill.

Very reputable company. The color is exactly as described. This is way nicer. Darker than pictured but absolutely adorable!

Not torn or ripped like it had been repackaged or used. It’s very modern & sleek looking. It is stylish and functional.

Cons

The lid started to chip all over the rim of my cup. It's just a design flaw. My biggest complaint is that it is kind of poorly insulated.

The lid leaks no matter how tightly i close it. Because of how it cracks, it gets moisture stuck in the inside of the lid, causing constant moisture. The lid is chipped around the flip closure.
