Pros
The frozen bag has zero issues and looks like it's been barely used. Zipper functions are easy and seamless and there’s a buckle * the front to attach a lunchbox or hat, etc. It fits her tablet along with other items at the same time easily.
The material seems sturdy and durable. It's reassuring as a parent to know this backpack has held up admirably. The material is thick and does not seem flimsy at all.
This is a medium size that would be perfect for pre-k through grades 2/3. My son starts tk in two weeks and is 4 years old the size is perfect! My daughter is obsessed with mickey and loves this back pack.
Cons
The zipper across is an oval shape so you have to bend folders or books inside. The stitching on the top grab/carry handle has unraveled. Nothing heavy was ever put in it.

Looks a little cheap for the price paid.
I wish the zipper was better quality for the price (~$45).

Bought their lunch box and bag and i can’t recommend them enough!
