Pros
The material is thick and does not seem flimsy at all. Material is very durable and has multiple pockets to keep all the necessities and stuff toys too. The color & design is just amazing.
It is a little smaller for my husband to carry with both straps but he has no issues slinging it over one shoulder! Perfect size fits a regular folder size. Has individual padded pocket for a tablet/ipad. Chest strap makes the backpack more secure.
Has a smaller outside pocket near top for things like keys/id/individual pencils, in-ear buds. Side pockets are really convenient for drinks.
Cons
The durability of this bookbag is not there. The zipper across is an oval shape so you have to bend folders or books inside. The stitching on the top grab/carry handle has unraveled.

The material feels durable and like it will hold up well.
The frozen bag has zero issues and looks like it's been barely used.
Seems well made and so far (3 months) it is holding up to being dragged about.
Price
I feel like these backpacks are great value for the money.
Way better price on amazon than from original website very sturdy extremely cute design.
Packaging/appearance
We also brought the matching water bottle & definitely recommended it!
I just wish they made the lunch box in the same theme😠seems to be the only design that doesn’t have the matching lunchbox.
My baby has grown into a toddler, so we don't need to pack as much or as big of a bag.

My son would drag his backpack on the floor after school and obviously it got a little torn from that but not as much as you can see in the images

Even though we initially bought it for an overnight bag we have no transferred it to an everyday diaper bag
