Constantly leaks from the rim of the bottle. Rubber seal piece either is too tight so you can't get any thing through it.
The cups are pretty, but no better than literally any other insulated stainless steel tumbler out there. I feel like no matter what design they use there's always a flaw. The lids are so *.

For some reason every lid i get for any water bottle despite the brand i always find the water leaks out at some point

It doesnt seal as well as i thought so in have to be careful there a doesnt tilt or it will spill

The gasket inside is tight but can be removed if to have something narrow to pop it out

Based on the sellers photos and description i thought i was ordering a traditional sip lid

Problem is the bottle fell off a 3 counter and landed on the lid breaking off the bottom of the lip that keeps it closed
