It holds my laptop, purse and snacks for work perfectly. Main compartment can be a bit small if you're fitting large objects inside of it.

I plan on traveling again once covid calms down more. Works as a personal item with spirit airlines! Fits under seat on airplane. I love that i can slide the backpack onto my suitcase handle since it has a built in strap to hold it to your suitcase.

Zippers are well made, it has a crazy amount of pockets and it’s comfortable and stylish. I love how the zippers open the bag all the way up.

The pockets are great for an ocd person like me. At the top of the sleeve pocket is a small, soft pocket for smaller items like sunglasses/wallet. I'm slightly concerned about putting a thicker laptop and an ipad with a case in there.

The backpack has no stretch or give at all and no elastic on the pockets. The side pocket is also too small and really hard to get a 24oz water bottle into. Very disappointing. Does not fit the shoulders wells for either myself or petite gf.
