Pros
Even with the lid flipped open, it keeps my water cold for like 2 days. Water stays cold for up to 10 hours! Totally leak proof.
Best purchase ever. Got myself the gray one and my gf the blue/black one. It’s the exterior color design that draws me! This goes with much in my wardrobe! Durable and lots of styles to choose from.

Cons
The lid is defective and it leaks. After 10 months of use, it leaks everywhere. It's so hard to carry it when it’s just leaky even though the lid is placed tightly.
If you're hoping it works better for cold, it's not by much. The lid is made very cheaply and cracks very easily. I was looking for something durable, this sure isn't it. Maybe that is worth the insulation benefits to you, maybe not.

I got mine while it was on sale, but even at full price it's well worth it!
They’re literally paying 20 extra dollars for that dorky little symbol!
Just like a hydro flask but for a better price!
You gotta laugh at the people who will spend double this amount just so they can show off the hydroflask logo on the side.

Can't give 5 stars as the bottle came very dented.
Competitiveness
I have to say, in comparison, the 18 oz keeps my water colder longer (even though the description says otherwise).
This is the only water bottle i will buy from now on because it's so much better than any other i've tried.
If i didn't have the 18 oz one to compare, i might not have picked up on it.
