Pros

Second product from them and have not been disappointed yet. Highly recommend this mug.

Great size for a small cup of coffee or for large espressos with added milk/flavoring. Fits nicely in the cup holder too. Best thing is the top screws in.

The lid is easy to use and when you go to drink it, it pours nicely. Nice drinking spout. Not unusual to be finishing my drink an hour later.

Leakproof. The cup is spill proof too, if you tip it over and everything is properly closed no spillage occurs. No leaks or spills.

Easy to clean and the outside is scratch and chip resistant. No rubber bottom, which is superb because there is nothing to accumulate dirtiness on. Washes in the dishwasher well.

Cons

Despite its promising design, the lack of durability is a major drawback. Don’t get fooled by that.

Very disappointed. Very annoyed and regretting my choice. Honestly super disappointing.
