Pros

The 18 oz bottle keeps my water colder longer. The 22 oz bottle gets a little cold when ice water is inside. Size is perfect, beats having to continuously fill up my shaker with water at the water cooler.

Cons

The lid is made very cheaply and cracks very easily. I was looking for something durable, this sure isn't it. The lid leaks.
