Pros
Easy to assemble and sturdy. I am often a klutz when it comes to assembling things. It has eight screws and instructions are clear.
This organizer fit my needs perfectly. It is absolutely perfect for my need. But definitely suits my needs.
Bottom drawer has adjustable bin sizes. Has more than the standard 4 trays, it has 5 trays. Also has a little organizer that i used to put other people's stuff in, again freeing up my desk space.
Cons
The trays don’t even lock into place - they just sit there, and easily come out. Then i open it up and find it's missing a shelf. Will be in backyard sale.

I read some of the reviews saying this was tough to assemble, i am 82 years old, shakey and with bad vision and it took maybe 20 minutes.
There is no place to mark what that shelf is holding.

The tier system i came up with is incredibly helpful when i get one persons signature and move the folder up a tier to the 34next higher up34 until its ready to be submitted
