Pros
This is an excellent mag mirror for the price and i am happy with the quality and particularly liv the travel case. It can be carried and used anywhere as it is powered by battery, once charged.
The lighting is super bright and natural. It is 5 times magnification, i wish they made 10 times. And the light is intuitive, as it senses me getting closer it turns on.
Cons
Year warranty process is that you have to send it back, they try and fix or send you a refurbished one. However, this fix is intermittent and the problem is persistent. Piece of garbage and bad customer service.
Mirror is too small and i thought it was a double sided mirror not only 10x! The magnification is way too much so i still have to use another mirror to put my makeup on. The light shuts off on its own when you are in the middle of delicate procedures ... Read More
