Came as promised. Will be repurchasing for more of our cabinets. All or most items have a great 5 yr warranty and have an effecient website for registering your products for the future.

No difficulty in installing. Highly recommend using a drill gun if possible. They're not extremely easy to install but that’s not the manufacturer fault, it's just that you have to fix the pull out shelves into wooden shelves.

The rev-a-shelf was rated at higher weight capacity and a smidge deeper. This item is so amazing that it has given us an additional 2 shelves in our pantry. Heavy, sturdy slide-out rack supports all 5 of my skillets and slides out with ease.
