Excellent updated charging feature, no need to struggle with changing aa batteries like last generation.
I was replacing a had pump one which started leaking, so far i love this dispenser and therefore rate it very high.
Could not get it to work properly, even with brand new batteries, hopefully someone else had better luck
Simplehuman does products right (i also have one of their garbage cans and a dish rack).

Arrives fully charged; just add soap and works right out of the box.
Looks great, easy to clean, although care needed near uncovered charging port.

So if the hand is placed low down maximum volume of soap is released at the top position the least amount

Although dispenser takes 9 oz of soap only comes with 3 oz starter pack
