Very happy with product now and great customer service.
The soap is excellent quality but it's more expensive than i am comfortable with.
I have had no problems with the operation of it, but just to be on the safe side, i stored the box away in case i need to return it.
Had a problem with one and returned it and with the new one , no issues.

This just came out of the box ready and i love that it doesn't require batteries.
You have to poke a hole into the dispensing part for it to work.

Few problems encountered and fixed by just turning off power and gently cleaning the sensor and spout with a soft wet tissue soap buildup

Easy fix with the syringe since it comes apart easily for cleaning you can cleanout the syringe after you use it for soap refills and fill it with hot tap water gently connect it to the input nipple on the bottom of the pump dispenser hold the filled syringe higher than the pump and turn on and activate pump continue activating waving hand near sensor untill the 100 ml of hot water in the syringe passes through the pump internal plumbing this flushes out any soap residue
