There are holes at the bottom so the inner plastic bin doesnt create a vacuum and trap the bag when youre emptying

People have been saying to buy the namebrand bin liners to go with this bin well i recieved my complimentary 10 bin liners 30 litre which shows on its pictodiagram which bins its compatible with the 30 litre rectangular bin was not in this description
