Pros
We have 2 dogs (1 small and 1 very large) that have mastered opening the garbage cans. More than enough for a family of 4. A little tip for odour control with kitchen trash containers. Just rinse the can out occasionally like you normally do.
When the lid closes, it closes gently without slamming. It has a pet/child lock for the lid.
Inserting a full-size garbage bag is so easy and it stays in place. The plastic bag makes an airtight seal, so the beans retain that nice coffee bean smell.
Cons

Maybe you buy the twenty dollar bin and the pedal breaks in one week but its just a garbage can so its not like youre going to replace it

Then you just live with that broken pedal for five years until you finally move and decide not to take it with you then you buy another cheap bin and the cycle begins anew

You dont think about the importance of a garbage can until youve got a truly noxious pot of stuff to dump in it but you cant open the lid to get it in

As advertised its the size i needed for a fair price but as you see in the picture they sent it with extra 3 lids which im not sure what to do with or if someone wants them back
