Pros
Has tons of great products and this is no exception. Just perfect.
Comes with 2 extensions to make the caddy bigger to fit taller ceilings. Ce caddie de * est très joli,très pratique et de belle qualité.
It is lightweight but sturdy enough, fitting well for a corner installation. Very easy to assemble and customizable. Very sturdy if don't overload it!
Can't beat the quality and easy setup. This one is easy to install. Once installed, it is excellent.
Simplehuman is a dependable brand. Premium price worth it. Just a little pricey.
Cons
The grip feature isn't as secure/safe as it could be. Disgrace of a brand. There are shower caddy guts all over my living room.

Also, i saw similar product with similar quality at home depot for half of the price.
Price
Price is at the higher end but we’ll worth it.
For the price you're paying, it should be flawless.
Shipping
Shipping was fast and our caddy is as good as new, almost a year of use and no rust, overall a pretty solid unit.
Competitiveness
This is the second simplehuman tension pole i’ve purchased.
I was reluctant to buy this since it costs 4x (or more) than other cheap alternatives.

The bottom feet does not stay tight if remove the tension from the top the bottom feet falls out

Overall weve been happy with it however the little washcloth holder broke the other day just a small plastic tab on the back let go so we could no longer connect it to the main body
