Pros
It is solid, well made and durable. Highly recommend. If/when things go wrong, their customer service department is super helpful.
The magnification is great, the light is ample and the charge lasts long enough for us. Mounting is easy-took us 5-10”! I hope the rechargeable battery is good.
Cons
The telescopic arm has a dull almost gold/brown finish. Once the mounting plate is installed, there is zero space between the mirror itself and the bracket to make the wiring connections.
Once freed, it moves fine for the moment; but after it sits for just a short while in the collapsed position (pushed in gently), it locks up tightly again every time. It is too hard to unscrew and return, so just keeping it and not going to touch it!
Under the mounting plate are several large holes in the drywall from the * drywall anchors they supplied. The screw for them is so oversized for the anchor that it is impossible to screw it in.

It is very pricy, but the quality is great.
It is of high quality and lovely to look at and touch.
It is expensive, but when you get it you will immediately see why - quality is obvious.
The arm moves great and stays in place with the mirror extended and tilted.

What went wrong on recharging it it lit up and then would not go out until the charge ran down

I really wanted to have a wired mirror for my wife but alas we do not have the wiring and i did not want to pay to have a box installed

It stayed on at first and i found that touching the black window at the bottom made it switch off if it doesnt do it automatically
