We love all of them, they are great, the quality is amazing, and it is so well made, that it’s holding the paper towel perfectly.
Easy to install although a bit pricey but quality is good.
Other than that , the quality of the holder is first rate.
I have to disagree with the reviewers who criticize the quality of the supplied screws.

Squeeze the endcap and it comes off

It works a little bit better with the endcap pointed up because pointed down the paper towel roll settles onto the and doesn’t spin quite as freely

I cannot use that screwdriver on two of the mounting holes for this unit because it is simply too thick to engage the screw behind the bar on 2 of the three holes

And the tension end cap on this unit has no give and x80 rolls simply cannot turn on this rack
